Writing & Reading
| Put simply, I love books. As long as I can remember, they have been my companions, my teachers and my escape.
I read widely, from hard-boiled mysteries to science fiction and non-fiction to well-written chick lit. Between reading books, I write, both fiction (women's fiction; fantasy; mysteries and general fiction) and non-fiction, particularly nature writing. I like the way the different kinds of writing encourage me to think (and act) differently.
At this time, three of my books, 'A Meiji Mystery', 'Changing Women' and 'Sunrise over Shonan', are available in paperback and as e-Books. I am currently working on my third novel to be set here in Cumbria.
